What we collect when you send an inquiry, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Only what the inquiry form asks for: your name, your phone number, and optionally your email, event date, guest count and message. Browsing this site creates no account and requires no cookies beyond the one that remembers your language.
Why we hold it
So the venue you contacted can answer you. Your details go to that venue's team and to nobody else; we do not sell them, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long
An inquiry that does not lead to a booking is deleted after twenty-four months. If it becomes a reservation, the venue keeps it as long as its accounting obligations require.
Your choices
Ask the venue to correct or delete your details at any time, using the phone number or email on its page. We will confirm once it is done.
